I try to do 20-30 minutes of exercise each day. Sometimes I’ll do burpees in the garden with the kids running around, Saturday is soccer day, and often I do (power) yoga at night. Yoga might be the easiest start for most people; this channel has a boat load of short sessions of all kinds.
There are still plenty of small websites around. The Naive Weekly newsletter is a great way to find out about them.
Whatsapp has the same problem currently. Maybe something broke on the side of Youtube.
While I’m just as salty over the exclusion of Feuerschwanz as over Electric Callboy, at least you guys got a decent amount of points this year.
Quake 3 Arena is quick fun and is available for free: https://archive.org/details/quake-3-arena
Website. Great clothes, really comfortable and practical. Also, you can return them under warranty if they wear out early.
Yeah, the meme is wrong.
Haha yeah, it’s a white collar problem :P Although a lot of young people do take up individual activities like fitness and yoga to improve their health. But I think the social aspect of (team) sports is a critical component that should not be left out.
Mark Manson, know for The subtle art of not giving a fuck, started out as a dating coach, giving healthy and mature advice in a time when pickup artists were all the rage. His book Models helped me get my shit together in my early twenties.
Edit: if you don’t want to read a whole books, his advice boils down to two points:
Also, my general advice for men who don’t feel well mentally would be: find a sport which makes you stand in a field once a week, kick the shit out of (and get kicked by) some other guys and have a beer together afterwards. Contact sports stimulate your body really well, and a healthy body leads to a healthy mind. (In that regard, the first half of Fight Club should also be required reading/viewing.)
I would consider using a walkthrough anyway if you’re not planning on multiple playthroughs, since there is a lot of fun stuff you might otherwise miss. I’ve always found Per Jorner’s Nearly Ultimate Fallout (2) Guide the best by far:

They also contain a lot of useful advice you might want to check out even if you’re not using the walkthrough part.
Same here, Fairphone 5
To add: you’re both very young and you both have a lot of personal stuff to deal with. Karl’s not going to be a perfect adult every time he expresses his emotions (or doesn’t when he should), and you probably won’t be either. That’s okay.
Just be aware that if you want to be emotionally and romantically involved with each other, there will be some drama as well, and you need to decide for yourself whether you can deal with that. It’s perfectly fine to feel that this is too much for you right now and you need to keep some distance.
You don’t have to talk to him about this if you don’t want to. Just be a friend and don’t be afraid to set boundaries.
Thanks!
Does Missket connect with Bluesky? Some of my friends moved over there, but I don’t like using Bluesky itself.
I checked out some instances and it seems that most have a really specific user base. Are there more general instances like .world?
I think you’re underestimating the size of the castle complex; there are multiple buildings within the walls. Also, they’re expensive to build, maintain and use, so it’s not that weird to keep things compact.
